No one will dispute the contention that Union Square Hospitality Group knows food, but they leave their websites to us. Their two restaurants at MoMA, Cafe 2 and Terrace 5, were serving up dishes that could inspire an all-night painting marathon, but nobody knew about them. We went back to basics, creating a site that was much easier to navigate, with menus in HTML rather than PDF (all the better to see them on your mobile devices). And then, of course, we added a little spice by bringing out the distinctive flavor of each venue. Cafe 2 offers lighter fare, while Terrace 5 is more about a fine glass of wine and an amazing view. Either way, we say, “Bon appetit!”
