
When Canadian-founded wellness brand Phoilex approached us to launch in North America, we set out to create a compelling brand identity that reflects their commitment to addressing the needs of those battling sensitive skin.
Starting with our Brand Essence Study, we refined their messaging to emphasize their highly efficacious, non-steroidal products and their inside-out approach to healing. Skaggs then redesigned Phoilex’s existing packaging to create a sleek, modern aesthetic and developed an engaging website that communicates trust and efficacy. As their agency lead, we oversee their marketing and SEO strategies while collaborating closely with their social media and PR agency partners. Since its launch in the summer of 2024, Phoilex has been featured in Women’s Health, Beauty Matter and Health Central, and has garnered widespread acclaim for its efficacy across social media platforms.
