When diptyque created a face and body care brand to complement their fragrances and candles, SKAGGS stepped in to design the launch. As a major new division of the storied brand, the face and body care line required extensive information for all the products, which include face oil, shower oil, cleansing foam, body mist, lotion, powder, exfoliating clay, and nourishing lip balm, to name a few. Highlights of the launch experience included a product finder, Book of Extracts, and The Ritual, sections that offered detailed explanations of the line in general, the various products, their natural ingredients and scents, and how each product should be used. With such a massive launch, SKAGGS also took specific care to make the buying experience as streamlined, easy to navigate, and user-friendly as possible.
