Skaggs’ work with Plum Lending also extended to advertising and marketing solutions. The cross channel marketing plan resulted in a tripling of qualified leads and a doubling in sales conversions, filling Plum’s deal pipeline with $350M in CRE loans in under a year. Skaggs also created Plum’s Morning Jam event, which took place in three, targeted launch cities: Boise, ID; Columbia, SC; and Madison, WI. These events allowed investors to meet with Plum’s senior management and loan officers. Skaggs also created other marketing campaigns, such as the Money Can Buy You Happiness postcard campaign as well as an out-of-home advertising campaign that included outdoor media and radio spots in key markets.
