For The Harmonist, Skaggs began with a website re-refresh (which continues with ongoing improvements). Skaggs was also responsible for ongoing website management in order to maintain a coherent and unified message. Skaggs worked on developing new product launch strategies and created all the necessary marketing materials to support those strategies. Skaggs created a new email template design for all email campaigns, simplifying and streamlining the process, as well as a retail pitch deck, both essential tools for fostering growth and accurately communicating the brand’s ethos.
