When James C. Cox Jr. and his crew came to us for help building their real estate empire, we knew we had to come up with a look and feel that spoke to their expertise in high-end properties and their sense of urban adventure. We designed an identity as well as a full set of collateral—sales sheets, a microsite, email templates, postcards—using simple colors, crisp type and romantic views of the New York skyline. We also created Cox+Co’s signature “Urban Notes,” a series of small cities guides about different neighborhoods in New York, as well as their “Summer Survival Guide to Rooftop Bars.”
